Travel Nurse Source  is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Ortho RN in Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37404!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Ortho/Spine) – Tennessee

Start Date: October 1, 2026

Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 48-hour guarantee; 4 weekend shifts per schedule period; 6:1 patient ratio on a 26-bed unit

Highlights:

• Specialize in orthopedic and spine care, including knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
• Work with a collaborative team including unit secretaries, patient care technicians, and navigators
• Meditech documentation system
• Floating rotation policy to support hospital-wide patient care needs
• Access to specialized equipment including CPMs, SCDs, walkers, and cooling devices
• Navy scrubs provided as part of the dress code

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Strong orthopedic nursing background required
• Demonstrated compassion and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet patient experience standards
