Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities while following established healthcare protocols.
Responsibilities- Monitor vital signs, patient conditions, and medication effectiveness.
- Administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with bathing, feeding, hygiene, and dressing changes.
- Collect laboratory specimens and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients on self-care and treatment instructions.
- Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Active Tennessee LPN license or privilege to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
- BLS/CPR skills and strong communication abilities.
