American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with TN or compact RN license and at least 2 years of Cath Lab/EP experience for a high-acuity cardiac program in Nashville.

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit with 11 procedure rooms (5 cath, 4 EP, 2 hybrid OR)
• Patient-to-staff ratio of 1:3
• Works alongside Cath/EP Techs and Cath/EP RNs
• Uses GE and Philips x-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR, and Merge Hemo equipment
• Documents in Merge Hemo and Meditech
• Scheduled for 4x10-hour shifts, 6:30am-5:00pm
• Floating limited to prep and recovery areas

• Active TN or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab and/or EP experience required
• Experience with ECMO and high-risk PCI required
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required
• No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months

• Monitor and circulate Cath Lab and/or EP procedures
• Procedures performed include diagnostic and complex PCI, Rotoblator, Laser atherectomy, ECMO, TAVR, Mitra Clip, Watchman, IVUS, FFR, CTO, Shockwave, and Penumbra
• EP procedures include EP studies, pacemakers, ICD, ablations (excluding cryo ablation), Micra pacemakers, loop recorders, and lead extractions including laser lead extractions
• Required to wear scrubs
• One of the top cardiac programs in Tennessee, offering all cardiac modalities except transplant
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, local candidates not accepted
