$20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

• Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew – ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the job and that the crews are operating safely at all times.
• Review and manage time sheets.
• Complete a pre‑trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
• Coordinate with account managers, supervisors, customers and employees as needed.
• Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
• Cut lawns using various size power mowers.
• Trim/edge along walkways, driveways and curves.
• Clean up areas after trimming using leaf blowers.
• Pick up trash on properties.
• Remove leaves.
• Assist with trimming bushes and clean up.

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical requirements – must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
