Veterinary Technician​/Assistant

Readi Vet is seeking a veterinary assistant or technician to join its growing clinic team.

• 3‑5 years of veterinary assistant experience and/or veterinary technician license
• Proficiency in surgery, dental rads, and procedures
• Must be comfortable and confident in caring for patients in front of clients, including restraining animals, performing blood draws, placing catheters, preparing for surgery, and performing dental cleanings with x‑ray, among other tasks.
• Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable speaking with clients
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to work 4‑day work week, 8:00 am‑6:00 pm
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. with assistance (we bring our equipment with us)
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license, and ability/comfort in driving to appointments
