• Drive a state‑of‑the‑art grooming van to appointments across Middle Tennessee.
• Perform professional grooming services: bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling based on breed standards or client preferences.
• Ensure pet safety and comfort using gentle handling and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Assess pets’ coat condition, skin health, and overall well‑being, and communicate any concerns to pet owners.
• Educate pet owners on proper grooming techniques and recommend grooming products for home use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming vans, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.

• Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with expertise in grooming techniques, breed‑specific cuts, and coat types.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a grooming van.
• Passion for animals with the ability to handle pets of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with pet owners.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent delivery of high‑quality grooming services.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet appointment schedules.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours based on demand.
• Certification from a reputable grooming school is highly desirable.

Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Nashville, TN, before starting work (required).

Compensation: $55,000 – $85,000 per year
