• Master’s degree of Electrical Technics
• Experience:
  
  At least 4-6 years of relevant professional experience
• Language: fluent speaker of English
• Good communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and social adaptability and flexibility

• Treatment of external claims
• Management of GQRS system
• Collaboration with all departments in order to make claims analysis
• Insert action plans in GQRS system and ensure the respect of deadlines
• Action plan follow up
• Validation of claims action plan and make follow up via QRM
• Daily communication of quality results and recent claims to all YAPT members
• Daily communication with CSC in order to solve problems and improve external indicators
• Suggestions and improvements
• Requirements of the Quality Management System
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (ISO TS 16949), compliance with YEL / YAP-T procedures, health and safety rules within the work area (ISO
  14001 & OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001) and the 5S principles
