The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for the property.

• Property leasing and administration
• Regular onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases
• Generate new leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, and perform necessary follow‑up
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and exceed leasing goals
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter)
• Contribute to general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units
• Marketing & outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing outreach plans and market surveys
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; produce weekly market survey reports
• Customer & resident relations: manage excellent customer service, monitor service‑request turnaround, and ensure consistency in resident interactions
• Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to perform all on‑site software functions
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

• Move around to accomplish tasks, including repetitive wrist and hand motions
• Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and remain stationary for prolonged periods
• Move objects up to 25 lbs, operate machinery and power tools, drive vehicles or golf carts, and work in various environments, including outdoor conditions, confined spaces, and hazardous chemicals

$17 per hour to $19 per hour
