Overview

Join Epic as an Artisan Bread Baker in our state‑of‑the‑art Madison, WI facility. You will compose and scratch‑bake hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more while mastering proven favorites and testing new recipes.

• Create and bake a wide variety of breads and rolls in a large‑volume, high‑volume facility.

• Participate in 3rd shift, overnight work.

• Mentor and grow into leadership and management roles.

• Use industry standard equipment and uphold quality standards.

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large‑volume baking experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Available for overnight work, 3rd shift hours.
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
