Our Back of House Kitchen Team Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The responsibility of our Salad & Cold Prep Kitchen Team Members is to produce the highest quality cold food products with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

Prep items include:

• Salad Variations (Cobb, Market, Spicy Southwest, Side)
• Grilled Wrap
• Kale Crunch
• Fruit Cup
• Parfaits

We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities:

• Structured, methodical, planned.
• Able to flourish in a repetitive job task.
• Consistent and reliable.
• Enjoys working alone or with just 1or 2 other team members (our Cold Prep Team).
• Enjoys an environment that operates similarly day after day.
• Able to work consistently with detail and precision.
• Works quickly and efficiently.
• Adeptly follows food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
• Maintains proper quality parameters.
• Must be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
• Some lifting required.
