The venue offers craft coffee, fresh juices, breakfast bites, global-inspired noshes, and shareable plates to complement cocktails as part of a dynamic hospitality experience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Server to join our restaurant team at Junie’s in the Motto by Hilton hotel. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of Junie’s food and beverage menu, promote items, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Engage with guests professionally, take orders accurately, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the visit.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly, maintain presentation standards, and adhere to Junie’s steps of service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including cleaning and resetting tables, stocking supplies, and upholding hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and service.
  • Process guest orders using the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit card transactions responsibly and with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with restaurant team members and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu changes, specials, and hotel offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a casual upscale restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Valid state-issued TABC certification (as required by local law).
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity to carry trays and serve food and beverages.
  • Capacity to work in a noisy and busy environment.
