We’re hiring immediately!
- Must have 2+ years of recent, high-volume bartending experience
- Bourbon knowledge a plus!
- You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Contains general knowledge regarding classic cocktail recipes, basic cocktail construction, and possesses general bartender fundamentals
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- Full comprehension of our menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
- Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes
- Keep it clean. You’re fanatical about cleanliness and organization
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- Have experience and proficiencies using Point of Sale Systems
- Follow all local alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
