- Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls in a high-volume, multi-concept environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations
- Oversee opening/closing procedures and keep operations running smoothly
- Be present on the floor, engaging guests and building lasting connections
- 4+ years of food & beverage management (multi-unit/bar experience a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast‑paced setting with multiple priorities
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays (45+ hours/week)
- Valid Food Manager Certification and Alcohol Service Certification (required)
