$18.00/hr – $20.00/hr (based on skills and experience)

As a Prep Cook, you support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean station, and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Follow the Daily Prep List and complete opening and closing checklists.
• Prepare and portion meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items for cooking in ovens, grills, fryers.
• Adhere to portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen rules and policies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, complying with DHEC regulations.
• Report equipment or food quality problems and shortages to the Chef.

• Minimum one year of kitchen preparation or line cook experience.
• Positive energy, team player attitude, and willingness to assist support staff.
• Basic cooking direction speaking, reading, and understanding skills.
• Effective communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk continuously with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
