As a Dishwasher at Es Vedra Cinemas, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a sanitary and safe environment.

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand. Ensure all items are clean, sanitized, and properly stored.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, counters, and equipment.
• Dispose of trash and waste in proper containers. Regularly empty garbage bins and clean garbage cans.
• Monitor levels of dishwashing supplies such as soap and sanitizers. Notify the Kitchen Manager when supplies are low.
• Ensure the dishwasher is operating correctly. Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Kitchen Manager.
• Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as food prep and cleaning as needed. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of chemicals. Use personal protective equipment as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety practices.

• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions.
