We're looking for prep cooks who share a passion for food, have a strong work ethic and play well as a team. Prep cooks at Butcher & Bee are responsible for prepping for service, assisting with set up of assigned station, cooking and plating dishes, and closing/cleaning properly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Prep your station and support final prep for service
- Execute dishes to spec with consistency and care
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Break down and clean your station at the end of each shift
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Passion for food, teamwork, and creating great guest experiences
- Ability to take direction and stay organized under pressure
- Solid understanding of kitchen basics and knife handling
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally kneel, climb ladders, or push/pull equipment
