E+ROSE Wellness Café is a vibrant and health-focused café offering a variety of nutritious smoothies, acai bowls, juices, and wholesome meals. We are dedicated to promoting a lifestyle of wellness, sustainability, and community. With locations across Nashville, we are growing and looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

As a Team Member at E+ROSE Wellness Café, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly attitude, answer questions about our menu, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Food & Beverage Preparation:Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, juices, coffee, and other menu items following our recipes and standards.
• Point-of-Sale Management:Operate the point‑of‑sale register, manage transactions accurately, and handle customer orders efficiently.
• Cleanliness & Organization:Maintain a clean and organized workspace, follow all health and safety guidelines, and assist in daily cleaning tasks.

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
