Barista​/Hospitality Team Member

We’re hiring strong, experienced hospitality professionals to join our busy, high-volume Woodbine location!

This café is a pillar of the neighborhood and the heartbeat of Red Bicycle, and we’re looking for team members who thrive in fast-paced environments, care deeply about people, and believe hospitality is about connection and community.

As Red Bicycle continues to grow and promote from within, we’re seeking seasoned team players,whether your background is in coffee, restaurants, or another hospitality setting, that are ready to step into a multi-faceted role and help us Brew a Better World. ☕️

This is not a single-station job. Baristas at Woodbine are expected to wear many hats throughout each shift—cashier, barista, food prep, expo, and guest support. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and jumping in wherever needed, you’ll feel right at home.

• Experienced hospitality professionals (coffee, restaurant, or high-volume service preferred – latte art knowledge is ideal!)
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Friendly, grounded, and people-first in your approach
• Passionate about service, teamwork, and continuous learning
• Comfortable moving between multiple roles during a shift
• Flexible weekend availability (required)

We’re more than a traditional coffee shop. We prepare real, fresh food by hand every day—no freezers, microwaves, or shortcuts. Our team is cross-trained to support the flow of the café and each other. You’ll be trained and trusted to work across stations including:

• Barista & coffee preparation
• Cashier & guest experience
• Food prep & grill (if desired)
• Expo & order flow
• Opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking

• Deliver warm, welcoming service and build genuine guest relationships
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages
• Support food preparation, plating, and expo during peak hours
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Follow food safety, quality, and cash-handling standards
• Take initiative, communicate clearly, and support your teammates
• Uphold Red Bicycle’s culture of hospitality, integrity, and community
