Walgreens is looking for a Customer Service Associate.

$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on the assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommend items for sale to customers and promote trade-ups or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, maintain merchandising, take inventory, and maintain records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items, product placement, stock rotation, and restock outs per policies.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine sales.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities, monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, pick items, and deliver to customers.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs as requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
