CLINIQUE ULTA Beauty Advisor/Artist Freelancer – Nashville, TN

This freelance sales associate role is offered by The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and focuses on delivering makeup application, skincare advice, and hair or fragrance consultations to create a personalized in-store experience.

• Provide high-quality makeup application and skincare advice to customers.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to create in-store events.
• Ensure the store consistently achieves visual merchandising standards.
• Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Use point-of-sale software effectively.

• Retail experience preferred, but we welcome applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
• Must be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the U.S. if invited to attend an interview.
• Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but we also welcome beginners.
• Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; we are also open to those looking to develop these skills.
