The Golf Sales Associate at Edwin Watts Golf is responsible for promoting and maintaining a store culture consistent with Worldwide Golf’s values, including the “Sure No Problem” philosophy.

• Maintain awareness of all golf product knowledge, terminology, merchandise promotions, demo merchandise, and sale advertisements
• Evaluate customers’ needs and recommend appropriate golf equipment
• Educate customers on products and help them compare differences to make an informed decision
• Operate launch monitor and golf simulator equipment to provide valuable data during in‑store experience
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, and keeping the sales floor organized and clean to meet Worldwide Golf’s standards
• Research merchandise availability via computer database, requisition merchandise from stockroom, and take inventory of stock where needed
• Recognize and suggest ways to improve processes once fully trained
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to spend work time standing or moving around the store (bending, stooping, lifting up to 15 lb, carrying, walking, reaching on a frequent basis)
• Working knowledge of word‑processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, and order processing systems
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates

• Golf knowledge/background required
• Any experience working in the golf industry is a plus (entry‑level candidates will also be considered)
