Founded in 2012 by Lisa 'Lele' Sadoughi, the company has grown into a global name supported by over 150 retailers and worn by renowned figures like Kate Middleton, Zendaya, and Lady Gaga. Originally a jewelry line, the brand has expanded into a destination for unique, playful, and colorful accessories.

This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder position based in Nashville, TN. The Keyholder will play a critical role in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, contributing to retail sales targets, maintaining product knowledge to engage with customers effectively, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects the Lele Sadoughi brand.

The Keyholder will also support in training and guiding team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the absence of the General Manager.

• Strong background in Retail Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Experience with CRM and clienteling background preferred
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to engage and build relationships with clients
• Comprehensive Product Knowledge with the ability to educate customers about the brand and products
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Leadership skills and prior experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is a plus
• Passion for fashion and accessories, with a keen eye for detail
• Must have availability on some weekends and holidays
