Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at KAY Jewelers. The role is based in Nashville, TN. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the store management team in day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, ensuring a superior customer experience, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. As a leader, the Assistant Manager will also assist in coaching and mentoring team members, promoting a positive store environment, and implementing company policies and procedures.

- Effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations
- Experience in retail, jewelry, or a related industry is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, retail, or management is a plus
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the store's schedule
