E-Store Shipping Assistant- Le Labo - Part Time - Nashville, TN

JOB SUMMARY

The E-Store Shipping Assistant plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the Hub E-Store Region. The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including inventory and stock management, online order fulfillment, and collaboration with the Concierge team for special requests and orders. The assistant is stationed at the boutique and reports to the Store Manager.

• Fulfillment & Dispatch Goals (85%)
  • Efficiently manage a high-volume workload to meet order processing targets and expectations.
  • Process orders received through the ecommerce platform.
  • Pick, prepare, and pack orders according to packaging standards.
  • Consistently meet business targets and exceed customer order expectations.
  • Effectively manage and resolve any errors or discrepancies in order fulfillment.
  • Ensure all orders are dispatched within 2 business days upon receipt.
  • Work closely with the Concierge team to address special requests, manage special orders, and maintain a returns log.
  • Stock build of necessary WIP goods and collateral.
  • Train temporary personnel for assembly projects, pick, prep, pack.
  • Execute opening and closing procedures for the Ecom while adhering to company policy in collaboration with the Estore Supervisor & Store Manager.
• OMNI Collaboration (5%)
  • Process BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick-up In Store) through the Online Fulfillment system.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the FSS team in processing Online Refills through the Online Fulfillment system.
• Inventory Management / Safety Goals (10%)
  • Receive goods and verify quantities against records.
  • Maintain daily organization of stock and monitor supply levels.
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and assist with end‑of‑year inventory.
  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment in the Ecom stockroom and report issues to the Store Manager.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $13.48 to $22.46. Exact hourly rate depends on experience, skills, education and budget. The range may vary by geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, an annual discretionary bonus program, education incentives and other benefits may apply.
