Shift Supervisor: Store Operations & Customer Service

Colonial Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Shift Lead to direct daily activities of the store team in the absence of the Store Manager. You will open and close the store, supervise full-time and part-time staff, and ensure cash handling and security procedures are followed.

You will maintain store conditions, support customer service, resolve complaints, and assist with stocking, sanitation, and safety. Strong communication, 18+ and a HS diploma are required;
Spanish language skills are a plus
