We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Market Manager / Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow our collection of brands with an emphasis on seltzers within a key territory. This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record of managing and cultivating distributor and account relationships and delivering sustained on and off-premise growth within the CPG or specialty beverage space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Ownership: Develop and manage the entire sales territory within the assigned region (i.e. TN and other Southeast markets upon company expansion).
  • On and Off-Premise Development: Strategically develop and grow the portfolio within both channels to aggressively increase revenue and business expansion beyond current distribution and volumetric levels.
  • Target Achievement: Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and promotional targets.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage sales data and market trends to enhance performance, identify high-growth accounts, and meet company expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key distributor partners and accounts throughout the on and off-premise channels.
  • Joint Business Planning: Conduct regular planning and review meetings with appropriate distributor leadership and key accounts in collaboration with our Head of Sales to ensure alignment on brand strategies, inventory levels, and execution priorities.
  • Field Execution: Plan and execute strategic trade and account visits and work-withs to maximize sales opportunities and ensure adherence to product rotation and merchandising standards.
  • Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to inform and tailor effective regional and national sales strategies.
  • Team Support: Provide hands-on training and support to ensure successful new product launches and overall team target attainment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive sales experience in the Beverage, CPG, Hemp, or related Food and Beverage Services industries.
  • Demonstrated experience working with distribution networks within large, multi-account territories.
  • Proven ability to deliver against sales quotas while managing budgets.
  • Holds an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and independence.
  • Possesses our company culture and embraces a “hands-on” mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive style.
  • Customer-centric, service-oriented approach to all business activities.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Featured Benefits

  • Financial Growth: Highly competitive salary and incentive pay structure, including a performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive Health: Full comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
