It’s really the best of both worlds. You get the resources and benefits of being with a large employer however the day-to-day interaction with your boss, colleagues, and clients feels like working in a smaller, family owned agency.

Job highlights include:

• Locations: Nashville and Knoxville, TN. Hybrid schedule required.
• Experience:Minimum three (3) years of commercial insurance industry experience, preferably 5-7+ years of Account Manager experience especially for the Senior Account Manager role.
• Portfolio:Mostlya generalist book in various industrial sectors.
  
  Expect a blend of account sizes with the average client fitting in the ‘middle market’ category.
• License:State insurance license is required.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with your accounts
• Expand relationships with various insurance carriers
• Perform account administration
• Handle renewals and determine marketing strategies
• Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise
