• Drive membership sales and uphold sales standards for yourself and your team
• Provide excellent customer service, greet clients, schedule appointments, and address concerns
• Lead, coach, and hold your Sales Associates accountable for daily operations and goals
• Enhance member retention through excellent service and follow-ups
• Lead by example, supporting your team daily
• Track KPIs and assist the General Manager in analyzing sales performance
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales targets and encouraging add-on sessions

• Proven sales leadership with the ability to connect and convert clients after their first session
• Driven, competitive, and capable of holding staff accountable to sales goals
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Goal-oriented, assisting in setting and achieving team objectives

• Utilize proprietary equipment following specific protocols to improve clients' athletic performance and flexibility
• Clients experience increased range of motion, reduced stiffness, and better reaction times
