Sales Representative – First Aid and Safety
Requisition Number: 217364. Join Cintas as a Sales Representative – First Aid and Safety and help grow our business‑to‑business accounts in the First Aid and Safety Division.
Job DescriptionAs a Sales Representative, you will focus on new B2B account development. Core responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, meeting sales quotas, and transporting product samples to prospects. You will receive thorough sales training covering product knowledge, mentorship, sales process and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
- Develop and qualify leads within your territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
- Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and drive new business.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience or successful completion of a Cintas sales training program.
- Valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma/GED;
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- New B2B sales experience.
- Hunter sales mentality – goal driven and self‑motivated.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and contact management systems.
