Aboutthe Role
Textline is hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation through close. - Own the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, and close
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow up on inbound leads
- Run consultative discovery conversations to understand customer communication challenges
- Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
- Manage opportunities and forecasts accurately in Hubspot CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Continuously improve your sales skills and product knowledge
- ~2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting or beating goals
- Strong internal motivation, competitiveness, and ownership mentality
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and creating your own opportunities
- Coachability and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in an in‑office environment
Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
$75,000 base salary / $150,000 on target earnings
