Position: Region Manager, Sales - Cincinnati / Nashville

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth in assigned territories
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve market share and profitability goals
  • Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching to optimize outcomes
  • Foster relationships with major hospital systems and address customer needs proactively
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and service programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment sector
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Acute Care rental therapy products
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and forecasting sales performance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
  • Experience in managing large-scale accounts or integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
