Director Partnership Development

Overview

Director of Partnership Development (Remote | U.S.) is a high-performing director to drive new business growth within the U.S. higher education market. This role is ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on outbound prospecting, enjoys being on the phone, and is motivated by building pipeline from the ground up.

• Lead generation and early-stage pipeline development by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective college and university partners.
• Balance consultative relationship-building with a strong sense of urgency to help institutions explore transformation opportunities in adult and online education.
• Remote, inside-sales role with emphasis on cold calling, strategic outreach, and meeting-based pipeline creation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of higher education sales or business development experience with a proven track record of new business generation
• Demonstrated success in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and pipeline creation
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• Experience with higher education marketing agencies or OPM environments
• Experience selling into higher education, nonprofit, or government organizations
