Priority1, Inc., a dynamic nationwide company, is seeking college graduates for business-to-business product/service sales in our Nashville, TN office. We are looking for enthusiastic, polished, hardworking candidates who want a career in sales! Priority1 is a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add new outside Territory Managers to the Nashville Market.

The Territory Manager sales position offers the opportunity to develop superior selling skills, offer large business solutions in a small-to-mid size business environment, and grow into senior roles by gaining experience selling to executive decision makers (e.g., Owner, CEO, CFO, President, Vice President). This outside sales role is focused on new business acquisition, with a vast prospect base in freight shipping.

Snapshot of the Territory Manager Role

  • Prospecting new business (includes B2B door-to-door cold calling)
  • Lead generation and CRM activity tracking
  • Selling and onboarding new accounts
  • Managing existing accounts

Training and Development

We support our Territory Managers with comprehensive training, including three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior and management training opportunities. All training occurs in Little Rock, AR, led by our experienced Executive Development Team. New hires also participate in the “Fast Start Program,” which includes 3 months of in-field training with upper management.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing, communication)
  • Campus activity involvement, athletic backgrounds highly recommended
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, professional
  • Determined to succeed and be part of a winning team

Compensation

  • Base salary of $40K + uncapped commission + $500/month car allowance + gas reimbursement
  • Medical, dental (100%), and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan with profit sharing (approx. 15%)
