Conduct needs analyses and create customized sports sponsorship and advertising solutions that align with client objectives.
Secure appointments, present recommendations, negotiate agreements, and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
Create and sell sponsorship packages utilizing acquired league and team-controlled sports inventory, with a primary focus on Nashville Predators partnership opportunities.
Leverage the strength and visibility of the Nashville Predators brand to develop creative, integrated marketing solutions that deliver measurable results for clients.
Collaborate with Scripps national and local Account Executives on strategic sports sponsorship opportunities.
Participate in internal planning meetings to establish sales strategies, revenue targets, and growth initiatives.
Build long-term client partnerships through exceptional service, retention efforts, and referral generation.
Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and drive incremental revenue.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, sponsorship pitches, and partnership recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Manage all aspects of client service, including media negotiations, proposal development, campaign execution, collections, reporting, and account retention activities.
Entertain prospective and existing clients through sporting events and other business development opportunities.
Maintain accurate client activity, pipeline, forecasting, account information, and revenue projections within CRM systems.
Resolve makegoods and other sales-related issues while ensuring client satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with sales leadership regarding account status, revenue performance, and business opportunities.
Travel up to 25% as needed to support client meetings, sponsorship opportunities, sporting events, and business development activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in sports, media, sponsorship, advertising, partnership sales, or a related industry.
Proven track record of success achieving and exceeding revenue goals in a highly accountable sales environment.
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and proof of insurance meeting company requirements.

Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
