Nordstrom Stylists build lasting relationships with customers in-store and online by offering personalized fashion advice and curated looks. They use product knowledge, digital tools, and customer outreach to grow sales and deliver a welcoming shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Advise customers on styles and wardrobe selections across departments and price points.
- Use in-store and digital interactions to share curated looks and maintain customer relationships.
- Grow sales through outreach, appointments, follow-up, and event invitations.
- Maintain an organized selling space and collaborate with colleagues to support the customer experience.
- Bring styling and wardrobe knowledge, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial, goal-driven mindset.
- Be comfortable with digital engagement, multitasking, and selling across departments.
- Be available for evenings and weekends as business needs require.
- Be able to move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
