Summary
Provide personalized service and styling advice to Women's Active customers while building lasting relationships and achieving sales goals. Maintain product knowledge and create a welcoming, customer-ready department.
Responsibilities- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide confident, helpful style and fit advice.
- Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and follow-up.
- Meet sales goals, maintain product knowledge, and stay current on trends.
- Stock, re-merchandise, mark down, and recover merchandise; participate in inventory counts.
- Support teammates and maintain department productivity while working a flexible schedule.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology and digital selling tools, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
