Provide personalized service and footwear expertise to help customers find the right shoes and create a memorable shopping experience. Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and support a welcoming, productive department.
Responsibilities- Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide styling, product, and fit guidance.
- Build a customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital selling tools.
- Meet personal sales goals, follow up with customers, and encourage Nordy Club enrollment.
- Maintain product knowledge and keep the department stocked, organized, and customer-ready.
- Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
