The role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team in Chennai. The ideal candidate brings deep domain knowledge in SaaS or BFSI sales and has a proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities

Drive new business development and generate leads across Banking and NBFC segments
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Understand client requirements and position Neurofin AI's solutions effectively
Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams for seamless onboarding
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions

Preferred candidate profile

24 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or BFSI
Familiarity with AI, Fintech, or enterprise SaaS products
Existing network in the BFSI ecosystem
Prior experience selling to CXOs or senior decision-makers in financial institutions
Strong understanding of the Banking or NBFC landscape
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven with a hunter mentality and ownership mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Based in Chennai or willing to relocate
