About the Opportunity

Nashville is booming, and so is our business! We are looking for a hungry, resilient, and goal-oriented Junior Business Development Manager to join our team.

In this B2B sales role, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the region, connecting businesses with our top-tier janitorial, specialty, resale, and maintenance services. Whether you’re hunting for new logos, expanding our footprint with existing clients, or networking at local community events, you will have a direct impact on our bottom line—and your own career trajectory.

If you love the thrill of the chase, aren't afraid to pick up the phone, and want to learn directly from our VP of Sales, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the Hunter: Research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities across the specified market.
  • Drive the Pipeline: Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and digital outreach to secure in-person sales appointments.
  • Nurture & Grow: Partner with existing clients to identify growth opportunities and additional service needs.
  • Seal the Deal: Assist leadership in presenting digital information, delivering pitches, and closing contracts.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and Nashville community networking events.
  • Master the Metrics: Track your personal performance, manage leads efficiently, and keep our CRM database squeaky clean.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: Previous experience in route sales, inside sales, outbound call centers, or general B2B sales is highly preferred.
  • Fearlessness: You are completely comfortable making cold calls and have the resilience to handle objections with a smile.
  • Communication

    Skills:

Strong public speaking abilities and excellent written communication. You know how to craft a compelling email and deliver a persuasive pitch.
  • Organization: You can multitask, prioritize your day efficiently, and work just as well independently as you do on a team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. (Bonus points if you have experience with CRMs like Salesforce, Zoom Info, or Pardot!)
  • Requirements: A valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time within your territory.
Why Join Us?

This isn't just a job; it's a launchpad. You’ll be stepping into a high-growth environment where your hustle is directly rewarded. You'll get hands‑on mentorship, regional travel experience, and the opportunity to build a robust sales pipeline in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

Location: Nashville, TN (Up to 50% Regional Travel)
