Every Smart Dollar deal you help influence puts real financial hope in front of thousands of employees at once, so this role sits at the center of Ramsey’s mission to change lives, not just build pipeline. You'll drive the marketing strategy for Smart Dollar's highest-value accounts, reaching the HR leaders, benefits consultants, and other decision-makers who shape these deals. You'll build the demand-generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales-enablement strategies that help move qualified leads toward booked opportunities.

You'll also shape how Smart Dollar markets through the broker and benefits-consultant channel that influences these deals from the outside. This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role for someone energized by driving the marketing strategy!

• You have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with hands‑on ownership of demand generation, account‑based marketing, and partner marketing
• You've built targeted campaigns or nurture strategies that moved mid‑market or enterprise buyers closer to a buying decision
• You're comfortable working inside Salesforce and can help shape how leads are scored and prioritized without heavy technical support
• You've built sales‑enablement content, like ROI frameworks, case studies, competitive battle cards, or executive‑level materials, that reps actually use in live deals
• You bring new ideas forward before they're asked for, rather than waiting to be handed a request
• You're energized by driving something from scratch as a senior individual contributor
• Experience marketing through brokers, benefits consultants, agencies, or in B2B benefits, HR tech, or employee wellbeing, is a plus
