Role Description

We are looking for both full- and part-time professional-minded individuals for Private Protective Services, including Armed and Unarmed Guard positions. Our immediate needs are in the LaVergne and Nashville Metropolitan Area. This role requires professionalism, vigilance, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to routine and emergency situations. Guards will interact professionally with individuals to communicate policies, provide assistance, and address concerns.

Adherence to protocols and procedures is essential to ensure a secure environment.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for effective communication and positive engagement with individuals
• Experience in physical security, including patrols, monitoring, and access control, with a focus on maintaining a secure environment
• Knowledge of personnel and private security practices to provide effective services and ensure operational security
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and respond calmly and appropriately to security incidents
• Valid licenses and certifications for armed and/or unarmed security roles, as required by state and local laws
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in law enforcement or security is a plus
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in various conditions
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional behavior
