Job Summary

The Identity & Access Engagement Senior plays a key role within the Identity and Access (I&A) Engagement team, contributing to the development and execution of identity governance strategies across the enterprise. This role supports the design and implementation of access frameworks, leads moderately complex initiatives and partners with business and ITG stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant provisioning practices. Acting as a subject matter contributor, the senior analyst helps translate regulatory and business requirements into operational controls, supports special projects and mentors junior team members.

The role also contributes to the maturity of identity initiatives by applying structured governance models and collaborating with senior analysts and consultants to optimize identity and access management practices.

Major Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of identity and access frameworks that support secure, business‑driven provisioning across diverse user types (e.g., employees, vendors, contractors, students).
  • Contribute to the development of governance mechanisms and access models during “storming” and “norming” phases of identity maturity.
  • Partner with business units and ITG teams to document requirements, define standards and support operational rollout of identity controls.
  • Support special projects such as RBAC implementation, periodic access reviews and Clinical Informatics Governance (CIG) initiatives.
  • Assist in translating regulatory requirements into access policies and procedures; contribute to audit response and remediation efforts.
  • Monitor access control effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Mentor junior analysts by providing guidance, reviewing work and supporting professional development.
