Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. This role focuses on customer service, welcoming and guiding visitors, managing access control, conducting patrols, and ensuring safety and protection of personnel and property.

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Prior security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an advantage.
• State license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening following an offer of employment.
