• Support security access control procedures, verify credentials, and monitor entry and exit points.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff following site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious activity per site protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
