Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday: 06:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and along its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities
  , such as security breaches, property damage, or unusual occurrences, to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
• Maintain clear and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site policies.
• Work collaboratively with tenants, visitors, and property management to address security‑related concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Remain alert and attentive while on duty
  , adapting to varying working environments and conditions at the location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
