DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS:

Brings all prep and painting tasks in: on or below budget

Oversee current assigned project and crew at work site on a daily basis until project completed

Ability to bring all assigned jobs in on or under budget

Communicate clearly with office and client each day in English

Train other crew members as needed

Minimum of 2 years foreman experience and 5 years painting experience, REFERENCES REQUIRED

Follows safety procedures

Follows instructions and company policy

Communicates clearly with Production Manager, office, other crew in English. Bi-lingual is a plus.

If English is a second language, participate in Hisway Painting sponsored English classes

Must pass background check

VALID paperwork to legally work in USA

VALID Driver's license with clean driving record

SKILLS NEEDED:

Proper prep work

Proper roll and brush technique

Sanding experience

Interior and exterior painting experience
