• Competitive Pay: $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually based on a 40 Hr. work week) + OT when authorized by the Supervisor
• Per diem: $55/day + company lodging provided for regional travel

• Installation:
  Perform pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping; troubleshoot installation challenges
• Service:
  Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Documentation:

Minimum Education Required High School/GED

Job Category Technician

• Required: 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/background checks
• Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training
• Physical: Lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, wear PPE
• Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem: $55/day, lodging provided)
