Why BGIS ITS?- Competitive Pay: $31–$42/hour ($64,480–$87,360 annually based on a 40 Hr. work week) + OT when authorized by the Supervisor
- Per diem: $55/day + company lodging provided for regional travel

- Installation:
Perform pipe fitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping; troubleshoot installation challenges - Service:
Conduct maintenance, repairs, and emergency service on HVAC and refrigeration systems - Collaboration:
Work with dispatchers and supervisors for seamless project execution - Documentation:
Complete work orders and reports accurately using company-issued iPad/iPhone

Minimum Education Required High School/GED
Job Category Technician
Qualifications- Required: 2–5 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, high school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug/background checks
- Preferred: HVAC apprenticeship, Journeyman’s license, or technical training
- Physical: Lift 75 lbs., climb ladders, work in confined spaces, wear PPE
- Travel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem: $55/day, lodging provided)
