• Hourly base rate $22–$25, depending on experience, certification, and location.

• Drive to multiple customers' homes daily to diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances with high quality and efficiency.
• Deliver excellent customer experience that exceeds expectations consistently.
• Provide customers with value‑added solutions to enhance their home environment.
• Maintain and organize the company truck, manage parts efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing and repair tools.
• Preferred experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Ability to use smartphone for part ordering.
• Successful completion of background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the state(s) in which you work.
• Ability to travel up to 100 % of the time.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including required overtime.
• Comfort with lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to perform frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, stooping, climbing, and crawling.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

• Years of experience: 1‑2 years.
