Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician – Full & Part Time

Join Sears Home Services as an Appliance & Refrigeration Repair Technician. This role involves traveling to customer homes, diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, and delivering excellent customer service.

• Travel to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• Maintain high quality and efficiency in repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and offer value‑added solutions.
• Keep company vehicle well‑maintained and manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Proficient with smartphones for parts ordering.
• Successful background & drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license in the state(s) of operation.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% and work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various positions.
• Able to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.

• Hourly base rate of $20–$26, based on experience, certification and location.
