ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON

Centi Mark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreperson
.

• Diagnose roof leaks and perform appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.
• Handle small repair jobs and roof maintenance.

• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., & metal roof repairs.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing).
• Must pass pre‑employment drug test.
• Service helper experience preferred, but not required.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 ft.
• Able to work within a team environment.
• At least 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• Roofing knowledge preferred, but not required.
